Degree of Inclusion score is a measure of how inclusive and bias-free are your talent communications. This is measured on a scale of 1-10, where 10 means highest levels of inclusive language used. 

We review your online talent marketing communications for the following aspects, a) presence of bias coded words and phrases, b) affirmative statements in support of DEI within the company, c) demographic representation of people in your images and d) following the industry best practices. Our AI automatically reviews and grades the communications to arrive at a score. There is no manual intervention throughout the process.

Our customers use the report to arrive at a strategy to address unconscious bias in communications.
